Forget Mozart · 1985

Vienna, December 5th, 1791. Mozart has died and a number of people have gathered around his deathbed. Officially they are in mourning for the dead man, but the room is full of mistrust, anxiety and mutual suspicion. Mozart was a fascinating and yet awkward man. While giving offence to his friends, his offered hardly any resistance to his enemies and their intrigues. Even the police chief in the interrogation scene is unable to answer all the questions. Everybody present in the room would have had a motive and the opportunity of causing Mozart´s death.
